Terms of Service
Effective July 1st, 2025
1. Services Provided
LVD Plus LLC provides IT, low-voltage, access control, intercom, and security system services. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance, and support. Custom SaaS tools and BLE-based mobile credential solutions may be offered under separate terms.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to the property, and a safe working environment. Equipment and installations must meet code and regulatory requirements. Clear communication is essential for timely project delivery.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, materials must be prepaid before work begins. Labor will be invoiced upon project completion. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest fee. All pricing excludes applicable taxes unless stated.
4. Warranty & Support
We provide a 90-day labor warranty on installation services unless otherwise specified. Equipment warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer. Additional support or extended service may require a separate agreement.
5. Liability Disclaimer
LVD Plus LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any service or installation is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project or service.
6. Changes & Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. LVD Plus LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes that affect ongoing or future projects.
7. Confidentiality
We respect and protect your business and technical information. All sensitive data shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in a Florida court of competent jurisdiction.
